# We're building the check a seller runs before an agent buys.

Software started buying things on its own this year, and at the moment of sale nobody could see which company an agent worked for or who had said it could spend. So sellers took orders they couldn't place, and finance found out at the end of the month.

## So in September 2026 we started TollRelay

Each agent carries its company's name and a spending limit a person signed, the seller checks both in one call before it serves, and both sides keep the same receipt.

We never hold, move or route anyone's money: sellers charge the way they already do.

## Here's where it stands

- **On npm**: The SDK, the command line, packages for four agent frameworks and one for an API gateway, all under the MIT licence.
- **Closed beta**: We're starting with a few sellers and companies.
- **Funding**: Self-funded.

## And what comes next

A sandbox where any agent can try the whole thing without a contract. Once we're out of the closed beta anyone can sign up, and until then we'd like to hear what your agents buy.
